Vision
Originality Technique ImpactI love snowflakes, it's crazy to think that there are no two identical.
First thing I noticed that I really liked was not only the snowflakes, but the fine details you captured in the branch as well. I like how well balanced the branch goes across the image and the square crop works really well.
The main thing I think is I wish you were a little closer to the snowflakes, just to see more of the detail of them. They're well focused, but I wish I could see more of the possible patterns inside them.
Another thing is the part of the branch on the left, part of me finds it a little bit distracting, while the other part finds it natural and not really disrupting of the image.
Also, I can't tell if it's a 12 point snowflake on the left or if it's just a cluster, but I like the difference between that one, and the other on the right which seems more petite and fragile. It's a nice combination.
Other than those few things, like I said, I always find snowflakes interesting. I really like the 'warm' background color, it gives a contrast to the usual cold atmosphere of snowflakes. It's quite interesting.
Over all, lovely stuff.
