"OH MY F**KING GOD THATS SO CUTE!" was my 1st reaction. Very nice as always mintyy!

I think ive mentioned this before, but good job on keeping your mint-colored theme going. Although if I am to criticise this, the hands are too bright (shade them a little and your good to go!)

The second thing I noticed was the Eyes that are animated (SO CUTE >w<;) but I also saw the glitter wasnt animated (If you make glitter for one slide then made another pattern of glitter for the second slide and just alternate them(or change ever so often) I think that would be a cool thing to see!

*looks closer in* the mouth is misaligned XD (im a tard when it comes to those things)

Another thing I noticed was the Frame surrounding the smilie is a bit rough (try cleaning it a bit by using a very low radial blur[zoom, not rotate])

All in all, very nice. So I will let you keep your clover... for now... XD

While the shading itself has a unique and interesting look to it, the dithering stands out just a little too much, in my opinion, but that might have been your point with this style, so I won't complain about it. ;)

The four leafed clover looks really nice, I think that's probably my favorite part with this piece. :)

The hands of the emoticon are a little too lightly colored. They look fairly flat compared to the emotes main body, which has a much darker shading near the bottom. Try making the shading on the hands stand out a little bit more, and I think it would look a lot better.

The expression is nicely made, and although very simply animated, it's perfect enough as it is. One could possibly wish for an extra frame or two in the blinking, and a slightly increased frame rate, to make it appear smoother, but that's only me nitpicking. :)

Overall, a really nice job. :aww:
